DMI (Danish Meteorological Institute) reports that more warmth is on the way for the Danish people in the coming days, but there is also a risk of thunderstorms in several parts of the country. After a few days of bone-dry weather, duty meteorologist Lars Henriksen says that there may be local rain and thunderstorms, especially towards the southeast. However, the showers are not expected to spread across the whole country, and there will still be plenty of sunshine in western and northwestern regions. The temperature is expected to be between 18 and 24 degrees Celsius, slightly cooler along the coasts with onshore winds. The warmth is expected to continue in the coming days, with thunderstorms expected in the southern part of the country on Whit Monday with temperatures around 20-25 degrees. Lars Henriksen also informs that the weather change previously forecasted continues to be pushed further away, and the warmth is expected to persist in the coming week.
