No new Danish two-star Michelin restaurants announced this year

No new Danish two-star Michelin restaurants this year by 365nyt.dk. The prestigious Michelin Guide has just announced their annual distribution of stars to restaurants in the Nordic region, but this year, there are no new Danish restaurants that have achieved the coveted two stars. At Monday’s ceremony in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, there was excitement among Danish chefs and gastronomy enthusiasts. However, the excitement was not rewarded with new two-starred Danish restaurants. This means that Denmark will have to settle for the nine restaurants that already hold two Michelin stars from last year’s distribution. There are no new additions to the list of exclusive dining experiences with the second-highest Michelin recognition. The experience of receiving one or more Michelin stars is a great honor for any restaurant, as it is considered one of the highest distinctions in gastronomy. But this year, Denmark had to be overlooked in this category.
