FlexDanmark’s IT systems restored, delays expected after recent outage

FlexDenmark’s IT systems have been restored, but there is still a backlog. After a period of significant technical challenges, FlexDenmark’s IT systems are now back up and running. However, there is a warning that delays and backlogs may still be experienced as a result of the breakdown. This was reported by Fynbus. FlexDenmark, responsible for flex traffic – a vital transport service for handicapped individuals, elderly people, and patients – has been heavily affected by a widespread breakdown. According to Fynbus’ update on Facebook, this has meant that drivers have been unable to access their routes, preventing the pickup of passengers who had booked Flextrafik. Additionally, there have been significant issues with the phone systems, making it difficult for users to reach the staff. Fynbus reports that they are working intensively to rectify the situation and normalize operations as quickly as possible.
