Danish Businessman’s Controversial Projects in Spain: Unveiling Hidden Ventures

Revelation: Businessman Carl Richard Christensen’s Hidden Projects in Spain

The controversial businessman Carl Richard Christensen, better known as Køge-Calle, has been the subject of significant media attention following the TV 2 documentary “The Black Swan.” New information reveals that Christensen has shifted his focus to the southern coast of Spain, where he has established several companies and made large investments.

From Køge to Costa del Sol

Although Christensen officially resides in Luxembourg, it is on the southern coast of Spain where his new business ventures unfold. Christensen has established at least 17 companies registered with the Spanish business authorities, primarily in the construction industry. This marks a significant investment in the area around Almunecar, near Malaga.

Renovation of Luxury Villa

Christensen has recently completed an extensive renovation of his luxury villa on Cotobro beach in Almunecar. The renovation, which has cost a substantial amount, has resulted in a magnificent residence with an unparalleled view of the Mediterranean Sea.

New Network in Spain

Christensen has built a strong network of Danish businessmen on the southern coast of Spain. Among his new connections are real estate agent John Goth and lawyer Kurt Tofterup. Torben Bjerregaard, a close collaborator from Denmark, also plays a central role in Christensen’s Spanish business affairs.

Money Laundering Allegations

The TV 2 documentary “The Black Swan” has uncovered hidden recordings where Christensen admits to laundering large sums of illicit money. The documentary has led to intense media attention and questions about Christensen’s methods and ethics.

Political Consequences

Christensen’s connections to Danish politicians have also had consequences. Erik Swiatek, former group chairman for the Social Democrats in Køge City Council, has stepped down from his position following revelations about his close contact with Christensen. Swiatek has refused to comment on whether he received campaign support from Christensen.

Christensen’s Response

Carl Richard Christensen has denied all allegations of wrongdoing and accuses the media of errors and misleading information. He has maintained that his statements in the documentary were provoked and taken out of context. Despite the scandals, Christensen continues his business activities in Spain with full force. His investments and network on the southern coast of Spain demonstrate a man who is not deterred by negative publicity.

How his business ventures will develop, and any further revelations that may come to light, only time will tell.
