Kristoffer Storm chosen as Denmark Democrats’ EU Parliament representative

Kristoffer Storm has been chosen to represent the Danish Democrats in the EU Parliament. He will take the party’s first seat in the European Parliament. The party announced that Storm will be traveling to Brussels to represent them. According to preliminary counts, he has received more than 72,000 personal votes. This election marks the Danish Democrats’ debut in the EU Parliament, a party founded by former Venstre (Liberal Party) vice-chair Inger StĂžjberg.

Kristoffer Storm has a background in the Danish People’s Party, where he has been involved in both regional and municipal politics. He is currently a member of the city council in Aalborg and serves as alderman for Seniors and Care. The party expressed their joy over the election in a post on Facebook, calling it “a fantastic day to be a Danish Democrat.” They added: “Yesterday we got Kristoffer Storm elected to the European Parliament, and we could not wish for a better man in Brussels to fight for what we believe in as Danish Democrats.”
