Missing 2-meter Python in Silkeborg, Owner Appeals for Help

A two-meter-long royal python has gone missing from a residence in Silkeborg, causing concern in the local neighborhood. The owner, Leila Moselund, discovered on Thursday morning that her snake had disappeared from both the terrarium and the apartment overnight. This was reported by TV 2 Østjylland. Leila Moselund lives in the Astrid Lindgren neighborhood in Silkeborg, and it is likely that the snake is still in the area. The royal python, which is female and goes by the name Gaya, is described as harmless. Leila Moselund states that if one encounters her, they can safely pick her up.

According to Leila Moselund, Gaya means the world to her, and she sincerely hopes that someone in the neighborhood finds and returns the snake. “She is everything to me, and it would mean everything if she comes back,” says Leila Moselund. The owner speculates that Gaya may have found a sunny spot to sleep.
