Queen Ingrid’s Health Center in Nuuk is currently experiencing serious IT problems, which have resulted in patient records being inaccessible and the doctor’s phone number not working. According to KNR (Kalaallit Nunaata Radioa), the health center has informed the public about the situation on its Facebook page and is urging emergency patients to contact the emergency room or ambulance directly.
The problems mean that healthcare staff do not have access to patient records, making it difficult to see what medication patients are receiving. Additionally, the health center’s website has also been affected by the outage, making the situation even more challenging for both patients and staff.
Residents in Nuuk are encouraged to be patient and follow the instructions of the health center while technicians work to resolve the issue.
