A violent incident occurred on Monday on Symfonivej in Herlev, Denmark, when a van came too close to two men, resulting in an assault. The Copenhagen West Police (Københavns Vestegns Politi) are now searching for the two young men for their actions, which they have detailed on their official X account.
According to the police, the two men followed the van on their electric mate-bikes, while both hitting and kicking the vehicle. This led to broken side mirrors and dents on the van. When the driver exited the vehicle, he was immediately attacked by the two men. One of the assailants put the driver in a chokehold, while the other continued to strike him in the face, resulting in visible injuries.
The police describe the two suspects as Eastern European men around 30 years old, approximately 180 centimeters (5 feet 11 inches) tall, and wearing dark clothing at the time of the assault. The police are therefore urging any witnesses to contact them at phone number 114, and they are particularly interested in speaking with a witness who may have recorded the incident on their phone. The police hope that this recording could aid in the identification of the two suspects.
If you have any information that could assist the police in resolving this case, you are strongly encouraged to come forward.
