The upcoming weekend weather in Denmark is expected to bring changing conditions, as a high-pressure system gradually weakens over the country.
**Friday** is set to be a pleasant day, predominantly dry with plenty of sunshine in several areas. Temperatures will range from a comfortable 18 to 23 degrees Celsius, which will give most people a summer-like feeling. Martin Lindberg from the Danish Meteorological Institute (Danmarks Meteorologiske Institut – DMI) reports that particularly the western and southern parts of the country may experience cloudy weather and sporadic rain showers. The wind will be light to moderate from the northwest or west, but during the afternoon or evening, the clouds should clear, allowing for more sunshine.
**Saturday** will bring more unstable weather conditions. The day will start dry with some sunshine in the eastern regions, but gradually, more clouds will roll in from the west, and rain may occur later in the day, especially in Jutland (Jylland). Temperatures will range from 19 to 24 degrees Celsius, with light winds continuing. As evening approaches, clouds and showers will spread further across the country.
**Sunday** will commence with cloudy weather and rain or showers in several areas. However, conditions will gradually clear from the west, leading to a rather mixed conclusion to the weekend. By the evening, it is expected to be dry with some sunshine, particularly in eastern Denmark, where isolated showers may still occur. Temperatures will drop slightly to between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius, with winds continuing from the west and northwest, bringing a fresher breeze along the West Coast (Vestkysten).
