Copenhagen Police were busy on Tuesday evening responding to a suspicious incident in Tingbjerg, near Utterslev Mose in Copenhagen. According to updates from the police, one person has been arrested in connection with the event.
On social media, Copenhagen Police stated that they are currently unable to provide further details about the case. However, images from the area show an individual in a light blue DNA suit being escorted to a police car, as officers work alongside police dogs and the specialized Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) service on-site.
Jesper Frandsen, the duty officer at Copenhagen Police, confirmed to the Danish newspaper B.T. that both the EOD and dog units are active in the area. The exact nature of the suspicious incident remains unclear at this time. Shortly before 8:30 PM, police expressed an expectation that they would maintain a presence in the area for at least another hour.
