The assault took place at various locations in Filskov and Langelund, where the pair also threatened the boy with an air gun and a hammer.
The Southeast Jutland Police (Sydøstjyllands Politi) have stated that, due to the ongoing investigation, no further information about the case can be released. Consequently, there are no details available regarding the motive for the crime.
The preliminary hearing was held behind closed doors, and both detainees reside in Billund Municipality (Billund Kommune). The woman has appealed her detention to the High Court (landsretten).
