Multiple Accidents Cause Traffic Delays on Major Highways in Denmark

There has been an accident on the E45 motorway heading south, just before the Skærup interchange. The left lane is closed, causing traffic to build up slowly with heavy congestion in the area. Before 3 PM, the queued traffic had already reached four kilometers in length.

At the same time, there has also been an accident on Route 14 towards Ringsted, located between Øm and Højbyvej. Only one lane is open as emergency services are working at the scene, and growing traffic issues are being reported.

Further north on the E45, this time heading north just before exit 53 for Skanderborg Syd, a van has caused a blockage of the right lane, leading to significant traffic delays stretching back to exit 55 for Horsens Nord. Authorities are currently on-site working to restore the flow of traffic.
