Dead man found in kayak near Glænø, identity unknown, investigation underway

A deceased man was found in a kayak on Saturday evening near Glænø, located southeast of Skælskør, Denmark. The police from South Zealand and Lolland-Falster (Sydsjælland og Lolland-Falster) received the report at 7:13 PM. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body in the kayak.

According to police duty officer Morten Kronbo, the identity of the man is still unknown. An autopsy is scheduled for the coming week to determine both his identity and the cause of death. In addition, further investigations will be conducted at the scene to clarify the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body. However, the duty officer could not comment on whether there is any suspicion of a crime.
